GP Visits Medication RecordΒΆ

This section contains the following fields to be filled up:

  • Enter the drug allergies if there is any in the DRUG ALLERGIES field.
  • Enter the name in the GP field.
  • Give details in MEDICATION DETAILS STATE DOSE AND FREQUENCY section.

Note

Scroll the scroll bar to add other details

  • Give the commence in the COMMENCED
  • Give the appropriate answer in the DISCONTINUED OR COMPLETED field.
  • If you want to add more fields then select Add another Gp visits medication record which is at the bottom of the page.
  • After adding fields, a Remove key pops up clicking Remove you can delete recently added chart from the list.

After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
