GP Visits Medication Record
===========================

This section contains the following fields to be filled up:

* Enter the drug allergies if there is any in the **DRUG ALLERGIES** field.
* Enter the name in the **GP** field.
* Give details in **MEDICATION DETAILS STATE DOSE AND FREQUENCY** section.

    Scroll the scroll bar to add other details

* Give the commence in the **COMMENCED**
* Give the appropriate answer in the **DISCONTINUED OR COMPLETED** field.

* If you want to add more fields then select **Add another Gp visits medication record** which is at the bottom of the page.
* After adding fields, a *Remove* key pops up
  clicking *Remove* you can delete recently added chart from the list.

After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
