WATER LOW PRESSURE AREA RISK ASSESSMENT CHART

This section contains the calculation of the water low pressure based on the below given factors.
More than one score/category can be used: 10+ = ‘At Risk’; 15+ = ‘High Risk’; 20+ = ‘Very High Risk’

  • Choose the value in the menu from the drop down field.
  • Enter date in the Date field manually or select from the Calender icon to the right.
  • After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
  • By default you can add 3 charts of the resident. If you want to add more chart then select Add another Water low .
  • After adding another chart, a Delete key pops up clicking Delete you can delete *recently added chart from the list.
