WATER LOW PRESSURE AREA RISK ASSESSMENT CHART

| This section contains the calculation of the water low pressure based on the below given factors.

| More than one score/category can be used:
    10+ = 'At Risk'; 15+ = 'High Risk'; 20+ = 'Very High Risk'

* Choose the value in the menu from the drop down field.
* Enter date in the **Date** field manually or select from the Calender icon to the right.

* After filling all the fields you can **Save** **Save and add another** **Save and continue editing**

* By default you can add 3 charts of the resident. If you want to add
  more chart then select **Add another Water low** .
* After adding another chart, a *Delete* key pops up
  clicking *Delete* you can delete *recently added chart from the list.
