Must Documentation Chart

This section contains 4 charts by default containing various information to be filled about the resident.

• Fill the appropriate value in the respective fields.
• Enter date in the Date field manually or select from the Calender icon to the right.
• After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
• By default there is 3 charts of the resident. If you want to add more chart then select Add another Must documentation chart .
• After adding another chart, a Delete key pops up clicking Delete you can delete recently added chart from the list.
• After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
