Must Documentation Chart
========================

| This section contains 4 charts by default containing various information to be filled about the resident.

* Fill the appropriate value in the respective fields.
* Enter date in the **Date** field manually or select from the Calender icon to the right.

* After filling all the fields you can **Save** **Save and add another** **Save and continue editing**

* By default there is 3 charts of the resident. If you want to add
  more chart then select **Add another Must documentation chart** .
* After adding another chart, a *Delete* key pops up
  clicking *Delete* you can delete recently added chart from the list.

* After filling all the fields you can **Save** **Save and add another** **Save and continue editing**
