Emergency and Evacuation Risk Assessments¶

Fill the appropriate value in the respective fields.
Enter date in the Date field manually or select from the Calender icon to the right.
By default there is 1 Emergency and Evacuation Risk Assessments form. You can add other by clicking Add another Emergency button.
After adding another form, a Remove key pops up clicking Remove you can delete recently added form from the list.
After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
