Emergency and Evacuation Risk Assessments
=========================================

* Fill the appropriate value in the respective fields.
* Enter date in the **Date** field manually or select from the Calender icon to the right.
* By default there is 1 :ref:`emergency-and-evacuation` form. You can add other by clicking **Add another Emergency**
  button.
* After adding another form, a *Remove* key pops up
  clicking *Remove* you can delete recently added form from the list.

* After filling all the fields you can **Save** **Save and add another** **Save and continue editing**
