Choking Risk Assessement¶

Fill the appropriate value in the respective fields.
Enter date in the Date field manually or select from the Calender icon to the right.
In the CHECKLIST OF INDICATORS / OBSERVATIONS fields select the appropriate value from the drop down menu.
After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
