Care Plans

• Fill out the fields present in this section. Below are depicted some of the fields:

1. Body map

   

   It contains the side, back and front view of a person. Give a mark by clicking at the right spot where the resident have any sorts of injuries, pressure, ulcers, wounds etc. The field is clickable around the body map too but avoid clicking outside the body.

   • Select male or female body map according to the resident from Male and Female checkbox.

2. You can remove all the markers by clicking Remove markers. Clicking Remove markers will delete all the

   markers at once. So click whenever necessary.

3. Select the appropriate value in the field from the drop down menu.

4. Click Choose file to upload signature in the Signature field.

5. Enter date in the Date field manually or select from the Calender icon to the right.

After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
