Supporter Agree or Not

Supported to Carry Out must agree to support.

• This section contains the following fields:

1. Name

   Enter the name of the supporter in this field.

2. Role

   Enter the role of the supporter

3. Indicate YES NO

   Choose either yes or no from the drop down menu.

4. Signature

   Click Choose File to upload the signature.

5. Delete

   If you add another support then you can delete the added supporter by clicking Remove in the delete section.

• To add another supporter click Add another Supporter agree or not
• After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
