Record of Property on Admission

Clothing section contains the list of cloths. Quantity on Admission is the number on admission. Quantity on Discharge is the number of clothing left.

• Clothing section contains the list of cloths. * Select the clothes items present from the drop down menu of the Clothing menu.
• Quantity on Admission is the number on admission of the clothes present during admission. * Enter the number of every items of Clothing present in the Quantity on Admission field.
• Quantity on Discharge is the number of clothing left at the time of discharge. * Enter the number of every items of Clothing remaining in the Quantity on Discharge field.
• Add Remarks of every clothing items in the Remarks fields.
• After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
