  1. Resident field contains the resident. Enter the resident or Add Resident Identification
  2. Fill the field Checked in by name who have checked the resident in.
  3. Fill the field Checked in by resident who have checked the resident in.
  4. Upload the signature in the Checked in by signature field.
  5. Enter the checked in date or select date from the calender icon in the right.
  6. Fill the field Checked out by name who have checked the resident out.
  7. Upload the signature in the Checked out by signature field.
  8. Enter the checked out date or select date from the calender icon in the right.
  9. Fill the items retained by the resident in the Items retained by resident field.
  10. Upload the resident signature in the Resident signature field.
  11. Fill the items placed in safe in the Items placed in safe field.
  12. Upload the Staff signature in the Staff signature field.
  13. Place the list of items taken by relative of the resident in Items taken by relative field.
  14. Upload the Relative signature in the Relative signature field.

15. Select yes or no in Informed resident of insurance cover responsibility field. 15. After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
