Current Medical History

Record the current medical condition of the resident in this section.

1. Enter the current condition in the Condition field.
2. Treatment procedure that are performed in the Procedure field.
3. Date of the condition can be added or selected from the calender icon.

After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
