Transfer Care Stategies

* This section contains the following fields.

    * Fill the reviewed planned in the **Planned review** field.
    * Add the date manually in the **Date of Assessment** and **Review Date** field or select by clicking the
      calender icon to the right.
    * Fill the **Risk Status** field if there is any.
    * Fill either Yes or No in the **Yes/No** field.

* By default there is 3 charts of the resident. If you want to add
  more chart then select **Add another Transfer care stategies** which is at the bottom of the page.
* After adding another chart, a *Remove* key pops up
  clicking *Remove* you can delete recently added chart from the list.

* After filling all the fields you can **Save** **Save and add another** **Save and continue editing**
