Part-3: Action Plans
====================

* This section contains the following fields.

    * Fill the list of problems in the **Problem list** field.
    * Fill the intervention strategies used in the **INTERVENTION STRATEGIES /REFERRALS** field.


* By default there is 3 charts of the resident. If you want to add
  more chart then select **Add another Part 3: Action Plan** which is at the bottom of the page.
* After adding another chart, a *Remove* key pops up
  clicking *Delete* you can delete recently added chart from the list.

* After filling all the fields you can **Save** **Save and add another** **Save and continue editing**
