Family History
==============

**Question** field contains the drop down menu for questions. Answer of the particular selected is to filled in
**Response** field.

* Select the question from the drop down section of Question field.
* Give the appropriate response of the question in the Response field.

* After filling all the fields you can Save Save and add another Save and continue editing
